My professional journey is rooted in years of enriching experiences with various insurance companies. However, my life took an unexpected turn when I chose to prioritize the care of my beloved parents, other family members, as well as my own health crisis with cancer. I was blessed to have insurance coverage during my crisis, and I realized how essential it is to be protected because you never know when life will come knocking at your door. This decision guided me to healthcare, where I became a Certified Nursing Assistant following my Bachelor’s Degree in Holistic Health Sciences.
Throughout my years in nursing, I witnessed firsthand the challenges many faced navigating the complex web of insurance coverage. Individuals going through some of the most challenging circumstances were struggling to understand their policies, grappling with denied claims, and experiencing financial strain due to inadequate coverage. Now, as I transition from healthcare back to the insurance industry, I carry a simple yet profound mission with me: to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their financial future.
